Mortgage Broker in Wales
Independent, FCA regulated mortgage advice across every Welsh county and city. Whole of market, free first conversation, no obligation.
Whole of market mortgage advice across Wales
We advise clients right across Wales, from Cardiff and Newport in the south through to Gwynedd and Anglesey in the north. Because we work whole of market rather than off a single lender panel, the recommendation you get is the one that fits your circumstances, including lenders you cannot approach directly yourself.
Welsh property throws up more than its share of lending quirks. Stone built cottages, former mining terraces, smallholdings with land and coastal properties all narrow the list of lenders willing to help. If the place you are looking at is at all out of the ordinary, tell us before you offer and we will tell you who lends on it.

Common questions about mortgages in Wales
Do you cover the whole of Wales?
Yes. We advise clients across all Welsh counties, from Cardiff, Newport and Swansea in the south to Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey in the north, as well as rural Powys and Ceredigion.
Can I get a mortgage on a stone built or non standard Welsh property?
Often yes, though the lender list is shorter. Stone construction, former mining terraces, smallholdings and properties with land are all assessed differently by different lenders, so it is worth checking who will lend before you commit.
Do you charge for mortgage advice?
The first conversation is free and there is no obligation. Any fee is explained clearly and in writing before you commit to anything.
Can you help if I am self employed or have adverse credit?
Yes. We work with lenders who understand self employed income, contractors and company directors, and specialist lenders who look at the reason behind a default or CCJ rather than a single score.
