Phone Verse Face to Face Appointments

Although I am based in Huddersfield West Yorkshire I can do mortgage all over the UK. These days due to technology such as scanners and email doing a mortgage through the phone and email is straight forward. Over the years I believe I have perfected this method and now have an excellent system in place to make the process straight forward. I find that clients can see the figures in black and white and can consider them in their own time and not feel rushed. Whereas a face to face appointment the client often feels overwhelmed with the figures and is therefore less likely to make the right decision.

In some situations the whole process is carried out over the phone. However in other cases the 1st appointment is done over the phone and figures emailed etc. This email lists all the documentation that I would require to process the application. Many clients get the documentation ready and then I pop out to see them and scan the documentation in their own home. This way they are more ready and I find that the documents provided are more complete and that ensures that the mortgage application runs smoother.

As per the map I am located in Huddersfield but I offer face to face appointments throughout the highlighted area.
