About Damian Youell
Damian is the founder and Company Director of NeedingAdvice.co.uk Ltd, and the firm’s Senior Mortgage Broker. He started the company with a single philosophy: putting the client’s need ahead of everything else. That ethos has driven the business from a one-man band to the whole-of-market team it is today, with hundreds of five-star reviews and a significant number of clients who return to Damian again and again as their circumstances change.
With over a decade of experience in the mortgage market, Damian has developed a particular expertise in hard-to-place cases — applications where the client’s income, credit history, property type or employment situation does not fit neatly into the criteria of mainstream lenders.
